摘要
本文对球磨机在不同工作状态下的噪声频谱进行了测定和分析,获得了噪声频谱和磨机工作状态参数的定量关系,真实地反映了磨机的工作状态,为建立其数学模型,实现磨机的自动控制,达到节能高产的目的提供了依据。
The noise spectrums of a ball mill under the different functional modes have detected and anlysedin this paper .And the quantitative relations of noise spectrums and functional mode parameters of the ball mill are also abtained, which can really represent the functional modes of the ball mill. They can also provide the bases for founding the mathematical model of the mill, achiving automatic control and attaining low energy consumption and high output.
