摘要
介绍用于YAG固体脉冲激光器的 1 5kW具有恒压限流功能的开关电源 ,分析了控制电路原理 ,给出了实现电路。实用表明 ,电源性能良好、运行安全可靠、结构简单。
A 15kW switching power supply with the function of constant voltage & current limit for YAG pulse laser is presented. In this paper,the operation principle of the control circuit is discussed,and the implemented circuit is also described. Analytical and experimental results prove that the power supply has good static characteristics,fast dynamic response and high reliability. Furthermore,the configuration is simple and the cost is low.
