摘要
在技术创新和管理革命的直接驱动下,最近几十年来涌现出许多新的组织形式,而虚拟组织无疑是其中的一个研究热点。系统地阐述了工程建设项目的虚拟组织,首先是描述虚拟组织的概念和特征,然后是提出虚拟组织的结构模型,最后则进一步讨论虚拟组织的自我组织和知识管理。
Driven by technical innovation and management revolution, many new organization forms have emerged in the recent decades. Among them, the virtual organization is undoubtedly a research focus. This paper describes systematically the virtual organization of construction projects. First of all the author introduces the concepts of virtual organization, and then proposes a structure model of virtual organization, finally the self-organization and knowledge management of virtual organization are discussed.
