分析了目前我国建设工程参与方之间不良合作的根源,借鉴英国土木工程师协会的"新工程合同"编制思想,指出了我国目前合同管理的误区和改善合同双方关系的对策。

This paper analyses the source of the passive cooperation between the participants of current domestic construction projects ,and points out the problems of current domestic contract management and the strategies of improving relations between both sides of a contract , drawing lessons from 'new engineering contracts' idea of the Institution of civil engineers.
