This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of financing in the capital market for environmental protection infrastructure project,and explores the way to use bond market,stock market,note market and fund market to promote construction of environmental protection infrastructure.It also analyses the problems that may arise in using capital market to promote construction of environmental protection infrastructure,and then puts forward the countermeasures.
