摘要
本文阐述了人才指数和人才环境指数的编制方法并进行了实证分析,在此基础上分析了人才指数和人才环境指数间的相关性,提出通过优化人才环境改善人才状况的对策建议。
On the basis of positive study of talent indexes and talent environment indexes,this paper analyses the correlation between talent indexes and talent environment indexes,and comes up with the suggestions that talent present situation must be improved by optimizing talent environment.
