卵泡刺激素介导睾酮诱导的精子发生抑制的差异 被引量:2

摘要 睾酮 (T)诱导的精子发生抑制是男性激素避孕的理论基础 ,但该方法不能使所有受试者达到无精子 ,部分受试者维持低水平的精子发生。睾内T水平在无精子组与少精子组之间没有差异 ,5α还原酶和双氢睾酮 (DHT)的作用至今未得到证实。大量的实验和部分临床研究表明 ,卵泡刺激素 (FSH)可能是低促性腺激素和低睾内T状态下维持一定水平精子发生的重要因素 ,其机制可能是刺激亮A型精原细胞 (Ap)增加和Ap→B型精原细胞的转化 ,以及介导精子排放。但也有完全不同的研究结果 。
