摘要
系统研究了间磺酸基偶氮氯膦与Cr_2O_7^(2-)离子褪色反应的最佳条件,并应用于钢铁样品和水样中铬的测定,本方法的精密度、准确度高,结果表明:表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(580nm)=2.8×10~4dm^3·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),Cr(Ⅵ)量在0~0.8μg·cm^(-3)范围之内服从比尔定律。
An optimum mothod is studied about the fading reaction of ehlorophosphonazo-ms with Cr_2O_7^(2-) which has been applied to determine the chromium in steel and drink water. The results show that the method is precise and accurate, the colour reagent exhibits maximun absorption at 560nm. Beer'sl aw is obeyed for chromium(Ⅵ)in the range of 0~20 μg per 25cm^3. Molar absorptivity is 2.8×10~4dm^3·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).
