低容重一年生植物纤维复合板耐水性的研究 被引量:1

RESEARCH ON THE WATER RESISTANCE OF FIBER COMPOSITE PLATES OF LOW UIIT WEIGHT ANNUAL PLANTS

摘要 以不改变生产成本为前提,对低容重一年生植物纤维复合板的耐水性进行了研究。通过降低每立方米板材的植物纤维用量,相对地增加了每立方米板材的施胶量,从而降低了板材的容重,在保证板材的静曲强度达到规定标准的前提下,降低了板材的吸水厚度膨胀率,改善了一年生植物纤维复合板的耐水性,为开发和应用植物纤维复合材料开辟了广阔前景。 With the prerequisite of production cost unchanged, the water resistance of fiber composite plates of low unit weight annual plants is studied. The volume of binder applying per cubic metre is relatively increased by decreasing the volume of plant fiber in a cubic metre of plates, so that the unit weight of plates is decreased, under the prerequisite of ensuring the static bending strength of plates coming up to the fixed standards, the dilatabilty of hygroscopic thinkness of plates is decreased and the water resistance of fiber composite plates of annual plants is improved, so the wide prospects of development and application for fiber composites of plants are opened up.
