摘要
以MgO—Al_2O_3—Sio_2系统为基础组成,在鳞石英析晶区内,在靠近堇青石析晶区的边界处选取若干组成点,添加适量的Na^-,K^-,B^3-,F等,制得以氟金云母K_(1-x)Na_xMg_3Si_3O_(10)F_2为主晶相的可切削微晶玻璃,根据DTA,XRD,SEM等分析结果,以结晶化学的观点,讨论了玻璃分相,成核及晶化过程与组成,性能及显微结构的关系。
The machinable glass—ceramic with fluorph logopite can be obtained at the composition point which is in the crystallization region of tridymite and near the edge of the crystallization region of cordierite in the MgO-Al_2O_3—SiO_2 system by adding some Na^-、K^-、B^(3-)and F and so on. According to the analyses of DTA、XRD and SEM technigues. the relationships among phase separation, composition property and microstruc ture of crystallization are discussed in view of crystal lography.
