摘要
采用真空扩散焊技术对Fe_3Al金属间化合物与Q235低碳钢进行了焊接。用拉压试验机测定了不同焊接工艺参数下Fe_3Al/Q235扩散焊接头的抗剪强度,用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了Fe_3Al/Q235扩散焊接头的组织性能,提出了合适的扩散焊接工艺参数。试验结果表明,加热温度1040~1060℃、保温时间45~60 min,并保持焊接件不变形的情况下(压力p=12~15 MPa),可以获得组织性能良好的Fe_3Al/Q235扩散焊接头。
Fe_3Al intermetallic compound and Q235 low carbon steelwere bonded by vacuum diffusion welding technology. The effect of weld-ing parameters on shear strength in the Fe_3Al/Q235 diffusion bondedjoint was investigated. Microstructure in the Fe_3Al/Q235 diffusion bondedjoint was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope ( SEM ). Ap-propriate welding parameters were put forward. The Fe_3Al/Q235 diffusionbonded joint with excellent microstructure performance and without de-formation can be achieved under the condition of heating temperature a-bout 1040-1060℃ for 45~60min at a pressure of 12~15MPa.
