摘要
研究了KABO晶体的倍频性质 ,包括相位匹配角、非线性光学系数、容限角、走离角等 .当基频光为 6 .5mJ的10 6 4nm皮秒激光时 ,KABO晶体的倍频输出为 1.92mJ,相应转换效率为 2 9.5 % ,其有效非线性光学系数约为 0 .4pm V .
A research was performed on the frequency doubling property of KABO crystal, including phase matching angle, non linear optical coefficient, acceptance angle, walk off angle, etc. When the fundamental light is 6.5?mJ, 1 064 nm pico second laser, the frequency doubling output of KABO crystal is 1.92?mJ, corresponding a conversion efficiency of 29.5%, and the effective non linear optical coefficient is about 0.4?pm/V.
