WTO背景下我国民办高校的SWOT分析及发展战略选择

应用SWOT分析法 ,对WTO背景下我国民办高校的外部环境和内部资源进行了全面系统地分析。基于SWOT分析的结果 ,构建了我国民办高校发展战略模型 ,并系统论述了WTO背景下我国民办高校的SO战略、WO战略、ST战略、WT战略。

According to the strategic planning method called SWOT analysis,the external circumstances and internal resources of Chinese local universities against the background of WTO are analyzed overall and systematically.Based on the conclusion of the SWOT analysis,the basic model on the development strategy of Chinese local universities is set up.And then the SO strategy,WO strategy,ST strategy,WT strategy of Chinese local universities against the background of WTO is discussed detailed.
