The Detection and Analysis of the Two-stroke Outboard Engine’s Reed Valve Material

为了解决舷外机簧片阀阀片在工作一定的时间后容易出现断裂的现象 ,本文经过对材料成分的检测和分析对比 ,指出产生该现象的主要原因 ,并提出解决该问题的方法。

For solving the problem that a type of outboard engine reed valve is prone to break off after working for a certain period of time, we had a measurement of the components of its material. By analyzingits components and comparing them with that of other reed valves, we point out the main reason of the instance, and table a method to solve the problem.
