摘要
为制定电控燃油喷射摩托车过渡工况控制策略 ,开发了一种以电子节气门控制器为核心的摩托车发动机过渡工况测试台架 ,实现了对节气门位置和动作速度的控制 ,结合宽域空燃比传感器的使用 ,可以精确定量地试验研究发动机过渡工况的空燃比特性 。
A test bed adopting electronic throttle controller for making the control strategy of EFI motorcycle under transient condition has been developed. It makes adjusting the speed and position of the throttle possible. With an extended range oxygen sensor, we can investigate air-fuel ratio characteristic precisely during engine transients. Moreover, it can collect and manage the data of the experiments automatically.
