中国加入WTO,给我国的农业企业带来了新的机遇,也带来了新的挑战.我国的农业企业如何才能在国际竞争中立于不败之地,如何能把我们的农产品迅速打入国际市场,是一个摆在我们面前的迫在眉睫的问题.针对这一现状,我们运用微软.NET家族技术结合微软SQL Server开发了农业企业销售型CRM系统,力争设计一个集数据库技术、网络技术、电子商务、客户关系管理为一体的融合B/S和C/S技术、适用于国内众多农业企业的销售型CRM系统,探索农产品电子商务及客户关系管理系统的技术和方法,以提高我国农产品电子商务及客户关系管理水平,为农产品的销售和客户关系管理提供决策支持,提高农产品销售全过程及客户关系的管理,为农业企业科学决策提供依据.

With China joined WTO, The Chinese agricultural enterprise faced many new challenges and opportunities. A serious problem is how we can remain invincible in the international competition? how we put our agricultural products into international market? As a solution and a discovery to the problems, we developed a marketing & CRM system especially for agricultural enterprise which based on Microsoft .NET technologies, the purposes of the system is to build a system integrate database technology, network technology, E-Commerce and CRM' technology, OS and BS technology, and fit most requirements from different enterprise. So to find some methods and technologies for E-Commerce of agricultural products and CRM, promote the manage level of agricultural products, and give out a available way to manage the whole marketing process of agricultural products, provide decision support for the CRM and marketing of agricultural products, and also all of above makes the management more scientific. We have established a system that can be run either in a Intranet or in Internet.
