摘要
从价值链与价值网理论视角对制造企业电子商务模式的识别机制进行研究,识别出9种电子商务模式,并探讨了每种模式相应的战略目标及企业所需的核心能力.制造企业的电子商务模式设计可以是这9种模式的其中之一或几种模式的结合.
The main objective is to investigate the analysis framework for ebusiness model of manufacturing enterprise. From the singlefirm value chain perspective and the multiplefirms valuenet perspective, it provides the identification framework for ebusiness models of manufacturing enterprise, and results in 9 ebusiness models. The strategic intend and core competence required by every ebusiness model is discussed in the end. An enterprise ebusiness model design can be specified by the combination of one or more among 9 ebusiness models.
