健脾丸质量标准的研究

摘要 本文以枳实、陈皮、山楂所含代表成分柚皮甙、熊果酸为对照品,分别对健脾丸中的枳实、陈皮、山楂进行了不同组方的薄层层析研究,确认在健脾丸薄层层析图谱中柚皮甙斑点对于枳实、陈皮;熊果酸斑点对于山楂具有定性鉴别意义.本文还研究了健脾丸橙皮甙紫外吸收与其浓度的关系、样品最大紫外吸收波长的位移、橙皮甙加样回收率等,初步确定了适合健脾丸质量控制的含量测定方法. Naringin and Ursolic acid in Jianpi Wan were studied by thin—layer chromatoraphy (TLC). The results showed that Ursolic acid to Fructus Crataegi, Naringin to Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae had the identitative significances in TLC of Jianpi Wan.The correlation between UV absorbance of Hesperidin with its concentration;the change of absorption band of Hesperidin in Jianpi Wan and the determination of Hesperidin in Jianpi Wan were studied by UV spectrophotometry.
