On the legal status and legal responsibilities of feight agents

以我国法律法规为背景,分析了货运代理企业在不同业务中的不同法律角色和基本条件,分别探讨了货运代理企业以货运代理人和独立经营人身份开展业务时与委托人和第三人的法律关系及不同的法律责任。

On the basic of the prevailing laws and regulations of our country, this paper analyzes the legal roles and basic terms of freight agenes in different businesses and studies the legal relation of such freight agents with clients or any third parties as well as their legal responsibilities in the case of merely acting as agents or otherwise as in dependent operating enterprises.
