摘要
用户使用的电度表多为三相 2元件式 ,在电度表可能的 4 8种接线中 ,只有 1种接线是正确的。传统的电度表接线检查方法不能检出某些类型的错误接线。通过理论分析和工作实践找到了 1种简单利用钳形功率因数表在线检查有功电度表接线正误和准确判断其错误类型的新方法。该新方法通过测量三相功率因数、电流的方向 ,求出 2个测量元件电压、电流间的相位角 ,把测量的数据与 4 8种接线方式进行对照 ,就能判断出接线的正、误和接线的类型 ,对错误的接线可予以纠正。该新方法也适用于三相三线式无功电度表的接线检查。
The watt-hour meters used are mostly 3-phase with 2 elements and within 48 wiring modes for the meter only one wiring is correct. The traditional wiring can not find out the wrong wiring of some types. A new method with a pincer-like power factor meter through the theoretic analysis and practice can inspect the correct of the watt-hour meter on-line and determine the type of mistake accurately. Through measuring the 3-phase power factor and current direction the method can evaluate the phase angle between the element voltage and current and compare the measured data with 48 wiring modes to judge the correction, mistake and type of wiring. The method is also applied for wiring inspection of 3-phase 3-wire reactive watt-hour meters.
