Application of the BP Network to Rotating Machinery Fault Diagnosis

分析了旋转机械故障的特性,在此基础上对基于BP算法的诊断方法进行了研究,建立了旋转机械故障诊断的神经网络模型,对基于BP网络的汽轮发电机组的故障进行了诊断。实验证明,基于BP网络的旋转机械故障诊断方法具有较高的使用价值。

The paper analyzes the characteristics of the rotating machinery vibration fault. A fault diagnosis method based on BP algorithm is introduced and the diagnosis model set up;then the paper researches on the fault diagnosis of vibration in turbogenerator. The proposed method based on BP neural network has high practical value in the rotating machinery fault diagnosis.
