摘要
伊敏地区由小热电车间 3台 75t/h蒸汽锅炉和伊敏热电厂主厂房的热网加热系统供热。由于供热效果不好 ,失水量较大 ,为节约用水 ,改善供热效果 ,必须对供热系统进行改造。为了不影响伊敏地区当年的供热 ,制订了近期改造方案和远期改造方案。在利用电厂抽汽进行供热 ,对伊敏地区供热系统进行改造后 ,系统得到优化 ,解决了部分供暖用户不热的问题 ,并节约了能源。
The heating supply system consisting of 3 steam boilers (75 t/h) and heating net system in local co-generation plant at Yimin region is not good, which lost a great amount of water. For the purpose of water saving and improvement of heating supply the system must be reformed. Two schemes of recent and long-term reform have been compiled in case of no effect on local heating supply for the current year. The system has been optimized after application of extraction steam from the plant for heating and reforming the local heating system. As a result, the problem of partial heating insufficiently for customers has been solved and energy is saved.
