摘要
在齿轮设计中,国产材料齿轮的弯曲疲劳极限应力仍然缺乏可靠的试验数据,大多是沿用ISO6336提供的数据。而国内、外的齿轮材料在许多方面都存在一定的差异,以致影响齿轮设计的可靠性。笔者就35SiMn调质齿轮弯曲疲劳强度作了试验研究。试验在进口的STRON1603型电磁谐振疲劳试验机上完成。短寿命区采用四级恒定应力水平的成组试验法,长寿命区采用应力升降法。在试验数据的基础上,根据统计学原理,拟合出完整的C-R-S-N曲线,并获得各种可靠度下的弯曲疲劳曲线,从而为国产材料齿轮设计提供了必要的基础数据。
Bending fatigue limit stress is still short of reliable data for gear of domestic material in gear design) mostly used are the data offered from ISO6336. But difference exists for domestic and overseas gears material in many aspects so as to affect the reliability of gear design. We test and research into the bending fatigue strength of 35SiMn quenched and tempered gear. The test is finished in the imported testing machine of STRON160 electromagnetic resonance . The grouped test method is used in the short life. The elevation and subsidence method is used in the long life. On the basis of test count,the complete C-R-S-N curve is worked out according to the principle of statistics.so as to provide basic data for gear design.
