摘要
利用统计方法对一组矿用圆环链变形模拟实验数据进行了分析,初步探讨了圆环链在承受拉力时的变形规律。对圆环链在不同载荷下的变形情况,用不同的函数形式进行了拟合。结果表明,圆环链的弹性及塑性变形与载荷之间的关系可分别用指数函数及多项式来描述。因函数形式简单,拟合结果的精度较高,所以,本文的结果具有一定的实用性。
in this paper,the general law of annular chains under the tensile load is studied by the analysis of the deformation data obtained from the simulation experiment of the annular chains with statistical method. Different functions are used to fit the deformations of annular chains under different loads. The results show that the elastic and plastic deformations of annular chains can be described by exponential function and polynomial equations. The form of the function used is simple and the precision of fitting is high, therefore, the results presented in this paper are practical.
