摘要
在电解铝工业中,氧化铝既是主体原料,又是干法烟气净化的吸附剂,针对材料的工艺特点,提出了氧化铝吸附指数的测定方法。试验表明,在一定温度和湿度条件下,吸附时间是影响吸附指数的主要因素。该方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.9%~3.9%之间,重现性好,准确度高。
In smelter industry, alumina is both major feedstock and adsorbent for dry purification. In view of this characteristic, the determination method of alumina adsorption index is introduced in this paper. Test has proved that adsorption time is the major factor affecting adsorption index under given temperature and humidity. RSD in this method is between 2.9% and 3.9%, which has a good repeatability and a high accuracy.
