摘要
用穆斯堡尔谱对比 X射线衍射和磁矩测量法研究 5种铁基合金 Fe6 0 Ni4 0 - x Mnx( x=0 ,5 ,1 0 )和 Fe6 0 Ni35- x Mnx Co5( x=5 ,1 0 )中 Mn含量对合金磁特性的影响 .结果表明 ,随着 Mn含量的增加 ,超精细场分布向低场转移 ,磁态也由铁磁态向反铁磁态转变 ,得到了平均超精细场 Hhf、磁化强度 M及相关 Mossbauer参数随合金试样平均电子浓度的变化关系 .
Mssbauer spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction spectrometry were performed to research the magnetic properties of Fe_(60)Ni_(40-x)Mn_x and Fe_(60)Ni_(35-x)Mn_xCo_5 Fe-based alloys. The magnetic phases change from ferromagnetic to antiferromagnetic state with the increase of Mn in Fe-based alloys. Besides, we obtained the changeable relationships of the mean hyperfine field H_(hf), magnetization intensity M and correlated Mssbauer parameters with the averaged electron concentration of the alloys.
