摘要
运用系统论观点,提出了中国煤炭企业整体优化的概念、特征和目的,并对整体优化的原则、必备条件、重点和方法进行了有益的探讨,最后提出了中国煤炭企业整体优化的战略设想。
In this paper, we use the viewpiont of systems theory to put forward the concept, characteristics, goal of the integral optimization of china coal enterprises. Then we discussed the principles,essential conditions, emphases and methods of integral optimization. Finally we presentecl several strategic tentative plcms to realize the integral optimization of coal enter prises in China.
