摘要
离子型稀土矿一直采用落后的池浸生产,浸出率低.本文研究以连续水平真空带式过滤机为浸矿设备的机械化浸出工艺,结果表明:带滤机浸矿,适应性强,浸出率高、处理能力大、生产成本低、经济和社会效益明显优于池浸生产.应用带滤机浸取离子型稀土矿的工艺是一条合理开发和利用稀土资源的有发展前景的机械化生产途径.
It has been a long time applying Pool Leaching ( PL ) method to rare earth ( RE) ore of ion absorption type. But, this out-of-date method is very unefficient, especially its low infusion efficiency.A new mechanizated leaching technology using Horizontal Continous Vacuum Filter ( HCVF ) as infusing equipment was developed. It demonstrated that the new technology had a high adaptability and efficiency, high treating ability and low cost of production. Therefore, applying HCVF to RE ion absorption type deposit ore will be a streamlined method, and open a vast vistas in developing RE mine industry.
