涤纶短纤维抗起球性能与聚酯分子质量

摘要 涤纶短纤维的抗起球效果关键在于水解后聚酯的分子质量,良好的可纺性需要水解前特性黏度[η]≥0.55dL/g,但真正的不起球短纤维需要拉伸水解后[η]≤0.39dL/g。格莱仕化学公司开发的GLYSILGS系列抗起球添加剂适用于PTA流程和DMT流程,可以提高聚酯分子质量到可纺性良好的[η]≥0.55dL/g。它们不会在有副产物水的PTA流程中水解,但可以在纺丝后水解以降低分子质量到不起球所需的[η]≤0.39dL/g。这种添加剂的EG溶液不会在PTA流程生成砂石,也不与聚酯分子形成永久交联或支链。 The most important criterion for pilling resistance is the molecular mass after hydrolysis, good spinning performance requires PET intrinsic viscosity over 0.55, but pilling free staple requires  below 0.39 after hydrolysis. The GLYSIL GS series pilling resistant additives from Glysil Chemicals Inc. are excellent for both PTA and DMT processes, they can increase  to over 0.55 for spinning. They would not hydrolyze in water containing PTA polymerization process, but hydrolyze after spinning to reduce  to 0.39 or lower for pilling resistance. These ethylene glycol solutions of additives would not form sand or rocks in PTA process, and they would not form permanent crosslinks or branches with polyester.
