摘要
通过增大催化剂浓度使得160℃时的反应速率与191℃时的反应速率接近,实验研究了191℃和160℃下对二甲苯液相催化氧化的温度特性。研究发现,当反应温度从191℃降到160℃时,n(Co)/n(Mn)最佳配比改变、副反应减少、CTA的平均粒径减小、CTA中的4 CBA含量增大。
Experiments of pxylene liquidphase catalytic oxidation at 191 ℃and 160℃ were carried out to investigate the temperature characteristic. The reaction time at 191 ℃ and 160 ℃ were kept to be similar by increasing the catalyst concentration at 160 ℃. The result shows that when the reaction temperature decreases from 191℃ to 160 ℃, the best ratio of cobalt to manganese changes, the produced carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide reduce, the diameter of crude terephthalic acid becomes smaller and the content of 4CBA in crude terephthalic acid increases.
