Monitoring and automation start of converter control system circuit power sources

论述了针对聚酯工业生产过程中的集中式变频器控制系统的电源进行的改造。改造此系统使用Intel公司的MCS 51系列的单片机8031芯片去控制2路电源的自投和撤出。由于单片机运行稳定,计算精确,功能强大,很多功能都可以通过软件编写来加以实现。能减少使用大量外围电气设备。使得改造后的系统能运行在一个安全稳定可靠的环境中,且易于维护。

The power sources of centralized converter control system used during polyester industry production were modified.The MCU(micro controller unit) 8031 of MCS51 series of Intel Company were used to control the automation start and quit of the two power sources.Because the running of the MCU was steady,the calculation was perfect,the usage of a lot of peripheral electricity equipments were reduced.The modified system was running in a safety and steady enviroment and it was easy to be maintained.
