摘要本文在论述环评的方法和主要内容的基础上,阐明了环评工作中在方案比选、公众参与和环境管理与监测计划等方面普遍存在的一些薄弱环节和改进的建议。文章还对水库大坝、防洪和灌排等类水利项目的环境评价的内容进行了概述。 The paper explains the weak links in the comparison and the selection of environmental evaluation schemes, the public participation, the environmental management, the monitoring plan and the proposition for improvement on the basis of the introduction of environmental evaluation method and main content. The paper explains even the environmental evaluation content of reservoir dam, flood control project, irrigation and drainage project.
