利用现有的SDS 900型DTY机,通过设备技术改造和工艺调整,进行不均一低拉伸比假捻而产生微细粗细丝(DTY丝),可获得具有深、浅色双色效应的差别化涤纶长丝。

Unevenness low draft ratio false twisting were carried out to produce DTY using the existing SDS900 DTY machine,through equipment technique modification and process adjustment.The ombré contrast effect specialized polyester filament was obtained.
