Determination of inorganic elements in excoecaria venenata by flame atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要 In this paper,we used the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry to determine the contents of Zn,Fe,Mg,Mn,Ca,Cu,Co,Ni,Cr,Cd,Ba and Pb in Excoecaria Venenata.The SrCl2 was used to eliminate the interference from coexisting elements when we determined the Zn and Fe.The contents of Zn,Fe,Mg,Mn,Ca,Cu were determined,but not the other six elements.The range of the recoveries were 94%107% and the RSD obtained were lower than 28%.It is showed that Excoecaria Venenata is a plant with high amount of Cu.
