摘要
This paper optimized the conditions of flow injection spectrophotometric determination of trace iron(Ⅲ)by using of orthogonal design.The linear range,determination limit and sampling rate is 201200μg/L,2mg/L and 30/h,respectively.Fe(Ⅱ)is oxidized to Fe(Ⅲ) by using of H2O2 and used for the determination of total iron.The method has been applied to the determination of iron in a synthesized sample and a thermal power plant water with satisfactory results.
