数据类型的增加使数据库引擎趋于复杂化。为了详细说明它,文中介绍了Delphi中连接数据库的两种方式:BDE引擎和ADO技术,以及给出一个示例实现了对分布式关系数据库的访问,并说明了现在主要的两种数据存储引擎,得出了使用ADO是不可避免的趋势这一结论。
With the increase of data types, database engine tends to complication. In order to explain it ,introduces two ways ( BDE database engine and ADO technology )link to database in Delphi. Then it presents an instance about their realizations of accessing to distributed relation database, which show that two kinds of data engine, and using ADO technology may be an inevitable trend.
