本文简要介绍了头孢菌素类抗生素的概况 ,及高效液相色谱法、高效毛细管电泳、电化学法、荧光分析法、化学发光法和紫外可见分光光度法等分析方法在头孢菌素类抗生素分析中的应用。

In this paper,the cephalosporins are introduced simply and the appication of the analytical methods of determination of this kind medicine are offered;The methods include High-performance Liquid Chromatographic method (HPLC), High-Performance CapillaryElectrophoresis(HPCE),electrochemical detector,Fluoremetry,chemiluminescence mehod andspectrophotometry.
