钢吊车梁水平拉杆初始预拉力计算

A CALCULATION METHOD OF INITIAL PRETENSION FOR THE PRESTRESSED HORIZONTAL TIE

根据瑞利 -里兹法 ,对预应力加固的吊车梁首次提出了水平拉杆初始预拉力的计算公式。初始预拉力比拉杆中最大拉力小。利用公式确定初始预拉力 ,不仅可以避免直接将最大拉力作为初始预拉力造成的危险 ,而且能降低施加初始预拉力的难度。给出了工程算例 ,算例表明 ,该公式具有简洁、实用、精确度高的特点。

Base on Rayleigh-Ritz method, a calculation formula of initial pretension of horizontal tie is firstly provided in this paper. The initial pretension is smaller than the maximum tension of the horizontal tie. If the initial pretension is calculated from the formulation, not only a danger of misterpreting the maximum tension as the initial pretension can be avoided, but also a difficulty of putting pretension on the horizontal tie can be reduced. The numerical example shows that this formula features wide applicability and high accuracy.
