摘要
对 2 7SiMn钢在临界温度淬火后高温回火工艺进行了研究 ,并对其力学性能进行了分析。结果表明 ,2 7SiMn钢在 870℃临界温度加热淬火高温回火后 ,可得到满足使用要求的力学性能 ,而且可降低能耗 ,提高加热炉的使用寿命 。
The process of the critical temperature quenching and high temperature tempering for 27SiMn steel was studied and mechanical properties after treatment was analyzed.The results show that the mechanical properties in service can be obtained by the quenching at critical temperature of 870℃ and tempering at high temperature.The lower energy consumption and longer service life of the heating furnace can be achieved by this process.Thus this process is worth for advancement.
