摘要
6 0 0MW汽轮机中压调节阀壳体外形尺寸大、技术要求高 ,为满足该零件喷雾淬火后的力学性能和硬度均匀性要求 ,研制了用计算机控制温度的 3m× 2 .2 5m× 5 .5m台车式燃气炉 ,通过试运行证明温差 12℃～18℃ 。
The ICV(Intercept Valve)shell for 600MW turbine unit is heavy and large.In order to meet its specifications of mechanical property and ensure hardness uniformity,a gas fired car bottom furnace of 3m×2 25m×5 5m with PLC controlled natural gas burner system has been researched and fabricated.The furnace is capable of holding the temperature difference in the working zone of the furnace within 12℃～18℃,it can automatically run in the heat treatment cycle.
