摘要
从设备、感应器、导磁体、工艺参数的选取方面介绍了履带车辆端联器高频感应热处理工艺试验 ,解决了端联器在高频感应热处理中淬硬层超差和局部过热区淬裂及工序协作问题 ,该工艺在生产中取得了较好的效果。
The test on high frequency hardening of track end coupling including the selection of equipments,inductors,magnetic conductors and parameters of process was introduced in this paper.And some problems such as quench case deviation from technical requests,quenching cracks at local over heat areas and cooperation of working procedure treated for track end coupling were resolved.So the good effect in production was obtained.
