摘要
重点介绍了国际上真空渗碳的最新进展 ,如乙炔渗碳 ,碳化氢气体和含氧气体混合使用的真空渗碳 ,气氛反馈控制法的原理及工艺 ,对热壁、冷壁式真空渗碳设备进行了对比分析。
The authors emphatically introduce the latest international development of vacuum carburizing technology under the situation of environmental protection which requests decreasing the exhaustion of CO 2.The development includes the principle and process of acetylene carburizing,vacuum carburizing with gas mixture of hydrocarbon and oxygen bearing gas,atmosphere feedback control method.A comparision and analysis were carried out for the hot wall vacuum carburizing equipment and the cold wall one.All of these can promote the development of new vacuum carburizing equipment in China.
