摘要
针对热锯机锯片磨损较快,使用寿命过短等主要失效形式,为摸清失效机理,找出预防办法,进行了锯齿初始接触状态和稳定锯切状态下齿尖应力的理论分析和有限元研究,并且得到有意义的结果。
In order to understand mechanism of the saw blade failure for metal cutting and extend its life-span, and find defend method. This paper has done analysis about the saw blade in first contact and steady incising state by means of theory and limited cell method, and got significative results.
