逆向工程中翘曲变形产品的对称基准修正

Symmetrical benchmark revision for warped parts in reverse engineering

摘要 对逆向工程中常见的翘曲变形进行了分析归类,提出了一种修正翘曲变形产品对称基准的方法,该方法引入分段重建和网格划分模型,对测量点的X、Y、Z坐标进行误差补偿,采用人机交互的方式实现了翘曲产品的对称基准修正。 Familiar warp types in reverse engineering are analysed and classified,proposed a method for revising symmetrical benchmark of warped parts in reverse engineering.This method introduced section rebuilding and net partition model to compensate the value of measure point in X,Yand Z directions.This system includes a human-computer alternate platform.
