摘要
根据汽车动力转向泵的频谱分析,揭示了汽车动力转向泵的噪声主要来源。通过反求,得出不同加工方法得到的同类产品定子曲线的差别。并对V形消音槽进行了计算机模拟计算,对控制转向泵的噪声有指导意义。
In this paper, the source of noise in automobile power steering pump(APSP) is revealed on the basis of the analysis to the frequency spectrum of APSP. Through return seeking, the difference of stator curve between products of same kind which are produced in different methods is obtained. And it also conducted computer model calculation to the noise-silent V trough and it has instructive importane to control the noise of steering pump.
