弯曲直梁变形回弹有限元法及其实验验证

摘要 基于弯曲成形直梁的回弹最小势能原理 ,给出了计算直梁弯曲成形回弹量的有限元法。编写了有限元程序 ,计算了简支梁受集中载荷的弯曲变形回弹量 ,并与实验结果相比较 ,结果证明弯曲成形直梁回弹有限元法是正确性的 ,是计算弯曲成形直梁回弹的又一新方法。 Based on springback principle of minimum potential energy for straight beam bending, solving formula of the finite element method for calculating springback of straight beam bending was established, the finite element method program was compiled for calculating springback of straight beam bending, the beam was applied single point load. The calculated results of the program were contrasted with the results of three\|point bend experiment. From the comparison of the results, it is concluded that finite element method for calculating springback of straight beam bending is right. It is a new method to calculate the springback of straight beam bending.
