轿车白车身车门偏差控制的研究

The research on the deviation control of the door of car body in-white

针对车门存在的偏差问题,比较系统地分析了轿车车门的偏差的影响因素;利用主分量原理对车门数据进行处理,同时利用计算机进行虚拟匹配;提出车门偏差一般的诊断和控制方法。给出几种三坐标测量数据代表偏差源的不同形式,以及车门偏差控制的方法。

This paper systematically analyzes the factors that affect the deviation of the door in white body; develops a general deviation diagnosis and control method; applies main vector method to deal the measurement data of the white body. Besides, several forms of relations between the CMM measurement data of the door and the door's deviation are given to illustrate the door's deviation control method.
