摘要
目的 :通过整合视听连续执行测试 (IVA CPT)对认知功能缺陷儿童的测试分析 ,以探讨其辅助诊断价值。 方法 :对 30 8名多动、上课注意不集中、学习成绩不良儿童进行IVA CPT测试 ,观察注意商数、反应控制商数等指标对认知功能障碍的评价意义。 结果 :检出 15 0例 (4 8.7% )儿童为注意缺陷多动障碍 (ADHD) ,符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第 3版中ADHD诊断标准 136例 ,占 90 .7% ,其他根据不同商数异常 ,可提示为边缘智力 ,感觉统合失调 ,情绪障碍 ,学习动机缺乏等与认知功能缺陷。 结论 :IVA CPT对ADHD等认知功能缺陷有较好的辅助诊断价值。
Objective:To assess the assist diagnosis value of applying IVA CPT on children with cognitive deficiency. Method:308 cases of children with either hyperactivity or attention deficiency and bad academic achievements were tested with IVA CPT.Response control quotients and attention quotients were measured to assess the cognitive deficiency of children. Results:150 children(48.7%) were tested by IVA CPT with ADHD and 136(90.7%) accorded with CCMD 3.Accorded to other quotients.Borderline intelligence or perception deficiency etc was also suggested. Conclusion:IVA CPT is an effective tool for assist diagnosis of hyperactivity and other child disorders.
