摘要
目的 :探讨不育患者心理健康状况。 方法 :采用 90项症状清单 (SCL 90 )对 15例男性不育患者和 31例女性不育患者进行心理健康评价 ,并与全国常模进行比较。 结果 :与正常群体进行比较 ,SCL 90各项指标均是不育患者得分增高 ,大多数项目有统计显著性。 结论 :不育患者存在明显的心理问题 。
Objective:To probe into the mental health state of the infertile patients. Method:The 15 male patients with infertile and 31 female patients with infertile were evaluated by symptom checklist 90(SCL 90),and contrasting with the norm of SCL 90 in China. Results:To contrast the scores of SCL 90 in normal people,the most item scores of SCL 90 of the infertile patients were significantly higher. Conclusion: The infertile patients have significantly more mental blocks. It is necessary that clinicians give psychological support to infertile patient.
