摘要 绘制并分析了地铁牵引控制单元TCU的故障机理图 ,根据分析结果建立了TCU系统以多重复合函数为基础的故障诊断数学模型。根据该模型建立了故障诊断专家系统。运用模糊数学知识对故障诊断过程进行优化 。 This paper draws and analyses the faults principium picture of traction control unit.According to the result of analysis,a mathematical model based on composite functions is constructed.Then,an expert system of TCU faults diagnose is constructed on the basis of the mathematical model.We optimize the process of faults diagnose by fuzzy mathematics to enhance the diagnose efficiency.
